Nathalie Hites

Nathalie Hites


Nathalie has a Bachelor’s of Science, with an emphasis in Zoology, and a Master’s of Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. She returned to the Bay Area in the fall of 2005, after 10 years abroad, and joined the TRIS Elementary team in the spring of 2006. In 2009, Nathalie completed her AMI Elementary Montessori Training in Minnesota and opened an Upper Elementary classroom at TRIS. Then, in 2013, she completed the AMI Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies in Ohio, and opened the Junior High at TRIS. She is currently teaching in the Junior High and working as Interim Program Coordinator for the Elementary and Junior High. Nathalie enjoys any activ­ity which takes her into nature and spends time with her four chil­dren, all of whom attend TRIS.

Malado Diallo

Malado Diallo


Malado was raised in Paris, France, and has experience teaching World Languages at both the middle and high school levels in London, Paris, and New York before becoming part of our community. He also spent time working as a camp counselor with children aged 3 to 10 and teenagers. In 2010, he earned his Master's degree in Education. In his spare time, Malado enjoys playing chess, card games, and board games.

Yesenia Cortez

Yesenia Cortez


Yesenia is from Mexico where she completed her university studies in Special Education at the Universidad de Colima. She has been teaching elementary age children since 2013. She enjoys reading and personal fitness in her spare time. She joined the TRIS team in the Spring of 2021.
