Founded in 1992, The Renaissance International School
(TRIS) is on the eastern side of the San Francisco Bay in Oakland. Our school has won many awards thanks to our highly credentialed faculty and solid administrative leadership.
Who We Are
We are a strong, enthusiastic, diverse, and supportive community of staff and parents. We actively collaborate and share a vision of education that allows our students to reach their potential. Our school enrolls approximately 150 students from Toddler through Middle School (grades 7th -9th). We pride ourselves in our extensive Music, Art, and Language Immersion programs. We offer French or Spanish immersion classrooms at the Primary level and trilingual immersion (French, Spanish, and English) at the Elementary & Junior High level.
Who We Look For
We seek enthusiastic and diligent candidates, preferably AMI Montessori-trained and legally authorized to work in the US, who seek to be part of a multicultural teaching team. Our ideal candidates are collaborators who enjoy being a part of a vibrant and diverse community of children, parents, and educators and want to focus on long-term teaching and personal growth.
