Jessica Araiza is a native of Oakland. She is of Mexican descent and speaks Spanish at the native level. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's in Psychology at the California State University—East Bay. She has been working with children for most of her adult life and currently offers support at the primary level. Jessica has a particular interest in theories of psychology within Montessori education and has a strong interest in becoming more intimate with the Montessori philosophy.

Nora Jimenez has a B. A in Spanish Language from the Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico.  She was in charge of the reading program in a K-12 private school in Mexico. Nora worked as a Spanish instructor at a private school in San Leandro before joining the TRS team in 2008. She took a Classroom Leadership course at The Montessori Foundation and a Early Childhood Assistant Teacher Course at Montessori Teacher Education Center of San Leandro in 2009. She started the primary Montessori training 2015-2017 at the Montessori Northwest School in San Francisco. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters.

Rocio Becerra is an AMI Montessori Guide from Costa Rica. She completed her Primary training in Costa Rica through the Montessori Institute of San Diego. She holds a B.A. degree in Economics and International Business from Anahuac University in Mexico. Rocio has had great experiences working in both profit and non-profit schools in cities such as Austin, TX and Seattle, WA. In her free time she loves traveling and the outdors. Some of her hobbies include reading, cooking, surfing, and yoga. She joined TRIS in October 2019.
