Andrena (Chelle) Davis has a background in Early Childhood Education and holds a Montessori diploma from the Center for Guided Montessori Studies. She has over 16 years of experience working with two-six year olds. She has also served six years in the Oklahoma and Louisiana National Guard. Chelle and her family moved here from Oklahoma. She is the mother of two children. She enjoys sports, music, hiking and photography.

Erika Zavala was born in Santa Clara, CA. She lived in Cuernavaca, Mexico for most of her childhood and lived in north­ern Cal­i­for­nia all of her adult life. Erika is the Spanish-​speaking assistant in the Pri­mary. She has an Early Child­hood back­ground and expe­ri­ence in Fam­ily Day Care. Erika has worked with chil­dren in var­i­ous capac­i­ties from ages 0-6 years old. Erika has been working in The Renaissances International School (TRIS) since 2009. Erika enjoys to dance, play soccer, camping and spending time with her daughter who will be attending TRIS in 2016

Sandra Navarrete obtained her BA degree in Spanish Language, Hispanic Literature and Culture from SUNY (State University of New York) College at Old Westbury. Sandra has always looked forward to working with children on immersive language instruction. One of her memorable teaching experiences involved a trip to her native country of El Salvador, where she volunteered her time as a substitute English teacher at an elementary/middle school. Prior to teaching at The Renaissance School, Sandra was a Spanish teacher for a non-profit and she is excited to have joined the Renaissance School team in November 2015.
